What We Collect

Consent

Where you are supplying the Personal Data of another individual (e.g. information of your spouse, children, parents, and/or employees, etc.), you represent, warrant, undertake and will ensure that the individual whose Personal Customer Data is supplied to us has consented to provide us with their Personal Data for the respective purposes, and is informed of and consents to the terms of this Privacy Policy.
This Privacy Policy shall supplement any other policies that you may have previously provided consent to us in respect of your Personal Data.

Withdrawal of Consent
You have the option of withdrawing your consent to the use and disclosure of your Personal Data by making a written request to our Data Protection Officer (see contact details and requirements below). Depending on the scope of your withdrawal, you will not be able to receive any updates on store, product information and promotions, but your Personal Data may continue to be used and disclosed for other purposes such as processing of transactions you have with us.

We will, upon your written request to our Data Protection Officer (see contact details and requirements below), allow you to enquire about the ways in which your personal data has been or may have been used or disclosed within a year before the request. Where required or authorised to do so by law, we reserve the right to charge a reasonable administrative fee for this service and/or deny your request for access to your Personal Data.

Security
We are committed to ensuring the security and protection of your Personal Data in our possession or our control by making reasonable security arrangements to prevent unauthorised access, collection, use, disclosure, copying modification, disposal or similar risks.

Use of Cookies
Our web sites do not capture Personal Data about your online use unless you choose to access or use our web sites or provide such information to us.
